This is the official takedown request form for CardWiki.ai. This form is ONLY for owners of copyright or trademark rights, and for individuals authorized to act on their behalf. If you hold rights to any image, graphic, and/or work that appears on CardWiki without your permission, complete the form below to initiate our internal review process, where our team will review it and make a final decision. You do not need an account to submit the form below.

Before you send

You need to own the rights you are asserting, or be authorized to act for whoever does. Being unhappy that something appears here is not a rights claim.
We may ask you to show that the work is yours — a registration, an original file, prior publication, or written authority to act. We may decline to act on a notice if we ask and you do not answer.
Consider first whether the use is permitted. Rights holders are expected to take fair use into account before sending a notice.
Catalog facts are not images. Card names, numbers, checklists, set contents and print runs are factual information about publicly released products, and we document them independently. Naming a product to refer to that product is likewise not trademark infringement. If your concern is that we list a card or a set, that is not a claim this form can act on.
The statements you make on this form are made under penalty of perjury. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages and legal costs under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

What happens next

You get a case reference as soon as the form is submitted.
Every notice is reviewed by a person at CardWiki. Nothing is removed automatically, and submitting a notice does not by itself mean the material will be removed — we may decline notices that are incomplete, outside what this form covers, or not claims of rights we can act on.
Include as much detail and supporting evidence as you can. A complete notice is one we can act on; an incomplete one takes longer, and we may ask you for more before doing anything.
We may pass your notice, including your name and the details you provide, to the person who submitted the material.
Where we act, we will normally leave the card and its details in place and change only the image.
We reply to you at the email address you give us.

If your own photograph was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to legal@cardwiki.ai and say so. Tell us which image, and why you believe you have the right to use it.

Submitting a notice you know to be false can carry legal liability, including costs and lawyers' fees. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted, get advice before filing.
