Cardwiki Claim Terms
The First 250 · Cardwiki Claim Rush promotion
The program
The First 250 · Cardwiki Claim Rush is a limited promotion: the first 250 members to complete the Claim Rush mission each receive a Cardwiki Claim — a permanent, numbered place (CC#1–CC#250) in CardWiki history, with a one-of-a-kind gem. Only 250 Claims will ever be issued. The promotion runs until all 250 Claims are placed, or until CardWiki ends it earlier (see the promotional terms below).
How you earn a Claim
You qualify by completing all four requirements while the promotion is active:
- 1,000 Fame — earned through contributions: adding cards, images, sale comps, card details, and completing daily actions.
- Contribute on 7 separate days: any seven days on which you log a qualifying contribution, counted in US Pacific time. The days do not need to be consecutive, so a missed day never sets your progress back.
- All 3 core missions — add a missing image, add a first sale comp, and confirm a match. A single approved card submission can satisfy all three.
- 3 approved polish tasks — contributions that pass review (approved cards and approved mining proofs count).
Your Claim number is assigned automatically the moment you qualify — always the lowest available number. Most dedicated collectors finish in less than two weeks at 15–20 minutes per day.
Contributing on consecutive days also earns one-time streak milestones (a 3-day and a 7-day milestone) that pay bonus Fame toward your standing. These milestones are optional and separate from the seven-separate-days requirement above.
The gems
Gems are reserved by finish order:
- Blue Diamond (CC#1–25) — 24 months of Cardwiki Pro and a 1.5× Fame multiplier once polished.
- Jadeite (CC#26–100) — 12 months of Pro and a 1.25× multiplier once polished.
- Ruby (CC#101–250) — 6 months of Pro and a 1.1× multiplier once polished.
Your Claim number and raw gem are yours immediately and permanently when you qualify. The gem's Pro months and Fame multiplier unlock when you complete its polish requirement (Blue Diamond: 8 · Jadeite: 5 · Ruby: 3 approved polish tasks). The polished Claim gem is the only ongoing Fame multiplier in the CardWiki economy.
The Final Rush and rank badges
When CC#250 is placed, a 24-hour Final Rush begins. When it ends, standings freeze and rank badges are awarded to Claim holders by final Fame: Legend (Top 10, $100 account credit), Elite (ranks 11–25, $50), and Champion (ranks 26–50, $25).
- Account credit applies toward future CardWiki Pro or On-Demand services. It is not cash, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and becomes redeemable when billing features launch.
- Rank badges confer recognition and credit only — no Fame multiplier.
- Ties are broken in favor of the earlier Claim number.
- Contributions approved after the Final Rush deadline still earn Fame but do not change the final standings.
- Additional recognition — including the Hall of Fame and a numbered second gem for badge winners — will be unveiled as it becomes available.
Referrals
You earn Fame when someone you referred verifies their email address and makes their first qualifying contribution. Signing up alone does not earn a referral reward. Your first three qualifying referrals earn 200 Fame each, and every one after that earns 100 Fame. There is no limit on how many people you can refer. Your friend starts with a 100 Fame welcome bonus.
Referral rewards are discretionary and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Referring yourself, or creating additional accounts to refer, is not permitted and forfeits the reward. See our Terms of Service for the full account rules.
Fair play
- Contribution quality is reviewed. Most submissions are checked by a moderator; a narrow set of low-risk updates (for example, filling a previously empty field, or a sale comp corroborated by an existing approved comp) may be approved automatically.
- Daily caps apply to repeatable actions.
- CardWiki may withhold, revoke, or reassign a Claim, gem, badge, or credit in cases of fraud, abuse, gaming, or error. Every Claim assignment and correction is recorded in an audit log.
Privacy and attribution
Your public presence in the promotion is your username, profile image, and public badges — nothing else. Contributions to the public catalog are permanent and remain attributed to your username, including on leaderboards and, when unveiled, the Hall of Fame. See the Privacy Policy for details.
No equity, ownership, or financial interest
CardWiki Claims are promotional recognition items only. A CardWiki Claim, Claim number, CC#, tier badge, contributor status, reward label, or related designation does not represent equity, ownership, stock, membership interest, profit participation, revenue share, voting rights, governance rights, dividend rights, creditor rights, or any other financial interest in CardWiki.ai, CardWiki, its parent company, affiliates, assets, intellectual property, products, or future business activity.
Not a security or investment asset
CardWiki Claims are intended to recognize early participation and contribution within the CardWiki platform. They are not securities, investment contracts, financial instruments, tokens, cryptocurrency, or tradeable investment assets. CardWiki Claims should not be purchased, earned, claimed, held, transferred, or discussed with any expectation of profit, resale value, appreciation, liquidity, or future financial return.
Rewards may change at CardWiki's discretion
Any rewards, access, platform benefits, badges, credits, titles, recognition, or promotional perks associated with CardWiki Claims may be changed, limited, expanded, delayed, suspended, or discontinued by CardWiki at any time in its sole discretion, unless otherwise expressly stated in written terms approved by CardWiki.
